Final Evaluation of the Transparency International Asia Pacific Regional Programme: Towards Effective Leadership and Reforms in the Fight against Corruption. This is a three year programme from 2011 to 2014 with a budget of 5.3 million Euro and has four components: Institutional and Network Strengthening, Advocacy and Legal Advice Centres, National Integrity Context and System Analysis, Youth Integrity Promotion. As a part of regional study, these programmes in four countries Nepal, Philippines, Indonesia and Papua New Guiney were expensively evaluated by a team of three members. My tasks included contributing to the evaluation design and the planning of the field research; context analysis of the programme/programme components/projects; and quantitative and qualitative data collection & analysis and final reporting (including undertaking, and writing a case study report on, a case study in Nepal). Analysis included governance, complementarity, resource duplication, coordination, partnership, achievement, and provided lessons learnt, good practices and recommendations.
